I keep disconnecting every game.

So this happened like in patch 9.3 and now more frequently in patch 9.4. I tried many so called solutions on my own. Even calling my ISP to check if something is wrong, reseting my router back to original settings,downloading hextech repair tool and doing some other network stuff that might be the issue. Now i did force patching to see if maybe my patch files got corrupted. Cant wait to see the end result. I ruined dozen of games to my friends and i risked getting banned for something that i dont have actual effect on. so pls. resolve this issue. ASAP.
