LeagueClient Won't Open; Reconnect Loop

Hi, I created this to address the issue I am currently facing. In summary, my League Client (the window in which the game is played) will not start. Every time I try to start a game, I will be stuck on the "Reconnect" screen. If I try to reconnect, I will be sent back to the same screen, over and over. The LeagueClient won't open no matter what. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling League, everything. The debug.log file includes the following text multiple times "ERROR:gpu_video_decode_accelerator.cc(375)] HW video decode not available for profile 11".
