Client Crashing Every Game

I have been playing and recently the game seems to be working fine, then after 15 mins or so it will say attempting to reconnect and never finish. After this happens, I leave the game so I can manually reconnect and it just gives me an error message which is in the link I posted. I have tried everything I know to fix this, using the client repair, uninstalling and reinstalling the patch, and running the game as administrator and nothing has worked. I have been put in a low priority queue because I am afk after the client kicks me. This is totally unfair as I have done my best to fix it and even played a full bots match before going to pvp. I would appreciate it if the penalty was lifted and my problem was solved.
