New Client should be banned for use in ranked

Very often the swap function in champ select DOES NOT work if you have the new client. Also the queue pop is also bugged. it doesnt always show. I think if you are using the new client you shouldnt be able to play ranked. It is too buggy and the bug are actually severe. It has affected me multiple times. I'm sure someone allready has reported this bug. But it is SO FRUSTRATING dealing with these problems when they are so easliy fixed.
