[GAMEPLAY] Per-Side offset camera broken.

This. THIS is exactly why your current PBE set-up isn't working, riot. This bug was found two weeks ago on the PBE and made it's way to live without a fix, why? Because you have people who literally only get on the PBE to play with new stuff before anyone else, people like brofresco who sit and play with the stuff but never report bugs or help in any way what so ever, they just use the PBE to further their own personal gains. Then when it hits live and there are MASSIVE bugs on EVERYTHING, including this where it makes the came literally unplayable for a vast majority of your paying customers, it screws us who only get one or two days off a week and just want to play the freaking game. Seriously riot, fix. your. shit.[zombie-nunu-bummed]
