[GAMEPLAY] Quinn - Skystrike does 0 Damage

Thats her : Skystrike did 0 damage. Tooltip said "0" as well as these bolts did no damage at all. Just happened to me on one round of ARAM, see screenshot below. (Didn't know how to do an ingame screenshot, so I made one in replay-mode) No difference wether I activated Skystrike manually nor by using a spell.

http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2542494809/204274451?tab=builds Same result. On Aram, Woad scout skin, "0" listed in the tooltip.

About 60% of the time it didn't even show the animation. I did get verified correct damage (64 on 161 AD) once by pressing R near the minion wave, but tooltip still listed 0 damage. At least one other time I'm almost certain it damaged Riven following a Vault

And I've noticed this for like 3 patches now. When are they going to fix this???
