[Gameplay] Vel'Koz basic attack cancel during Plasma Fission

Whenever Vel'koz's Q Plasma Fission detonates, splitting into two, it cancels your basic attack animation, causing it to start over and possibly miss whatever minion you're trying to hit. Not the most annoying thing, but certainly something that having fixed would be appreciated.
