[GAMEPLAY] Garen and statikk shiv

As you play garen with statikk shiv, most of the time, when you try to q, having statikk charged, the statikk proc when your up in the air, before your q deal damage. Sometimes the statikk even proc before you even jump in the air. I tried it a lot, if you try it try to do it on minions cause idk if it works attacking champions, but the minions work 85% of the time.
