Error 183 Crashes My Game Once Every Match

So lately after patch 4.21 I've been getting an Error 183: Failure to Create Dump File. Is there any fix for this? It pops up and crashes my game then I have to close my client and restart it and log in for the game to work. It happens randomly midgame. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled League of Legends and I updated to the newest NVIDIA beta driver of 347.09. I am running 2 GTX 780's in SLI.
