Not Earning Chest For Past Year. Can we get this fixed? I have 17 keys...

So ever since I started playing league I have only received one chest. I should have received many more as my champions say I have earned them. I seriously have 17 keys and all I want to do is be able to upgrade my champions to level 6 and 7. Don't care about skins or anything fancy. I just want to level up my champions!!!

Please comment if you are sharing same problem. This will help with Riot fixing this once and for all if we get enough traffic in here. Ive read many people are having this problem but Riot wont do anything unless we get a large amount of people with same issue on one thread. I am kind of getting burnt out with not receiving anything over my many hours of daily game play. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

im having the same issues, i did some research and it says riot could care less about fixing this, but there is no riot team member has spoken on this issue as far as i know. if anyone can find a link to a post or thread id be appreciate it

Thanks for replying. I'll keep this post rolling as long as I can remember to do so. I definitely don't find it fair that many other players can enjoy earning their chest but the other half are screwed out of having a better gaming experience. I am sorry Riot but I am not one to spend money on video games which I'm sure is the reason behind not wanting to fix this. I enjoy the idea of the rewards system so why not let people like me who don't spend money in games enjoy the free content? I refer many people to this game some of which have invested around 400$ into their account. It only seems fair to let us free players enjoy by earning as we go. If not I guess I'll just have to enjoy playing with what I have but it would definitely let me enjoy the only game I play much more. Thank you.
