[CLIENT]Non-Responsive for long period of time

For all of today, the client has had issues in all places having to do with matchmaking. Earlier I would choose my positions, and it will still have the match search button grayed out. If I waited long enough that would go away, but at times I would click it and nothing would happen(I could also not switch game types when this happened). I was just in a game lobby (where I lost a promo because of this) it would show the ban champion screen, and then nothing would happen for a while and 3 people were picked. Then a little later and 7 people were picked. I had my person ready to go, but it just kicked me out and didn't give me a chance to pick. A similar thing happened earlier, but it refreshed long enough when I was picking my champion.
