Connection issue since the latest patch

I'm going to do my best to describe this bug without making it sound like I am just complaining.

There seems to be a problem with the server and connecting to some computers since the latest patch. i have never had any issues connecting to the client whether it be because of Avast firewall settings or my internet. after the latest patch i will randomly disconnect from the server for a few moments and then reconnect. this can cause me to miss a queue pop or selection of my champion and in game causes me to lag for a moment despite having around 60 fps and 1 bar of latency. I have tried creating exceptions in my firewall (even turning it off), router reset, switching off my adapter and using the computer's base wireless router. its only been since the latest patch and I know its not just my computer because i am staying connected to skype or anything else i am doing. i havent seen anything on this that's the only reason i am posting about it.

+1 for visibility. Having the same issues and the main problem is when I'm disconnected from the PVP network while in champion select, leaving me to bite my nails hoping I can choose a champ before the timer runs out.

It Started doing that to me today all of a sudden was completely fine yesterday but today you have been disconnected every so often

It has also been happening to me, ever since they had a notice about chat maintinence or something. Broke more than they fixed, hopefully they fix and and nothing else breaks in the process.

Same problem here too. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled league and the problem stuck around.

Same thing happens to me. If i just sit logged in, it will randomly say disconnected from pvp.net. This might be caused by a problem with our service. If it happens while in champ select it sometimes kicks me out as if I didn't pick a champion (I lost my promos because of this). If it happens during a game, as soon as the game is over it just closes LoL. Is there a fix for this, or can we get any more info? Scared to play rank, until this is fixed! Thanks in advance
