App wont fully open..?

So last night before I went to bed the app was working just fine, now patch 5.14 has rolled out and every time I try to open the app the little league of legends logo appears and that's it. It closes right after! I have tried to restart my computer already and also tried to run the app as an administrator. Any ideas?
