BRAND'S ULTI DOESN'T WORK RIGHT - !!

Hi riot ! i Want to reffer a bug on Brand's Ulti in 6.2 Patch. ! It doesnt work right. It doesnt make hops, and splash, it only works as a spell in one person !! Try to fix it please ! I lost a single game from this .My e made more damage than ulti !!

Update: I was able to reconnect with 3 inhebs down, I lost that game. and it wasn't loss prevented.
