No Hextech Chest After First Time S.
I got an S on Lucian And Jhin when I never got one before. But I didn't receive a chest for it. I checked and I have 4 chest available. So am I just not allowed to get anymore for the season or what?

This is likely because you have already earned chests for those champions. It is completely possible to earn a chest with a champion without having ever getting an S- or better grade with them. This is possible by having a premade friend earn an S grade while you are playing as that champion. This will give you a chest for the champion you played (in this case, Lucian and Jhin) and causing you to not be able to earn another chest with that champion until next season.
This is just my guess.
