Cant change Runes in Champion Select

With this bug i cant chage my runes. I see this fragment of Rune Pages and cant do anything. It occures everytime i pick my first rune page. Only can be solved with restart of the client. look into this pls

I have the same issue. i am using a apple device as well and i am pretty sure its because of that. seems like all MacBook devices have insane client glitches and riot doest care less about fixing them. every patch a new issue appears.
