Brand ult is broken

brand's ult don't bounce on minions/monsters, but it bounces on champions.

I ulted a couples times on champs, but it didn't bounce unless they were 2 champs.

I know how brand's ult work, now it don't. it doesnt even bounce on minion

Read your ability's, if the target is affected by brands passive when you ult them it prioritizes champions.
