Brand ult is broken

brand's ult don't bounce on minions/monsters, but it bounces on champions.

I ulted a couples times on champs, but it didn't bounce unless they were 2 champs.

I know how brand's ult work, now it don't. it doesnt even bounce on minion

Read your ability's, if the target is affected by brands passive when you ult them it prioritizes champions.

This mechanic does not work with the recent patch.

Brands ULT prioritizes champions if all minions are 'ablaze', but It's suppose to bounce off of minions and champions. Brands ult currently does not bounce between Champions and Minions. This includes super-minions. His ult is completely useless because of this bug which makes 1v1 mid incredibly difficult and forces you to rely strictly on team fights for it to serve any purpose. Even then it's effect is completely negated as soon as another champions steps in the opposite direction. @RIOT, please fix this.

The issue isn't the prioritization, it's that it doesn't bounce at all occasionally. It completely vanishes when a minion is near, and another champion isn't.
