Spectating Leads to Black Screen

So every time I try and spectate a friends game it leads to me sitting at a black screen which I have to use Task Manager to close out. I've tried to uninstall reinstall LoL. I've also tried using the trouble shooting full repair in the client. Nothing seems to work. I'm trying to find answers if anyone can help. Thanks
