Can't access shop

Whenever I click the shop icon it pops up with a "403 Forbidden" error with "cloudflare-nginx" underneath it. I don't know what to do about it and it just happened. Please I need help fixing it because I can't buy RP purchase champions or skins or anything. Thank You

Maybe it's a sign, you've been spending too much :/
