GAMEPLAY lissandra W after E

Hello. I've lost 2 games now because i go in to initiate as lissandra and if i use my W right after teleporting with E, nothing happens but it goes on cooldown. Please use some of the thousands of dollars I've given you to fix this bug. thank you
