Game Crashing At Loading Screen

My game keeps crashing at loading screen when it reaches 10% , and it shows me the game laucher saying to reconnect, when i do it ,just repeats the same, i dont know why... I have already created a Special Rule in Firewall i tried to deactivate it. Nothing Works :( I NEED HELP :(

Are you using Japanese VO? Check this posting https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/es/c/bug-report/dYYLE1Hl-if-you-are-getting-the-10-loading-screen-crash-problem-here-is-how-you-fix-it?show=new I have been having the same issue. Now I change VO back to English everything works out.
