[CLIENT] Chroma name/skin splash art not appearing in loading screen

I have the Rose Quartz chroma for Cottontail Teemo. I've played a few games with it (blind and draft normals), but when the game is loading the default Teemo art is shown (I assumed Cottontail Teemo's splash art would be there, or even the (sort of ugly) 3d model image that you see in champ select).

Finally, the name appears as 'Cottontail Teemo' and not 'Rose Quartz Cottontail Teemo' or something similar. I've played with friends and they see the same art/name on their loading screens as well.

Chroma appears fine once in-game, not sure if this affects other champs or chromas.
