Tilted by mastery pages

I have a lot of mastery pages, and I want to reorganize them. So, I drag one up to the top of the list. I let go. I click save. I get into the champ select screen, and it isn't where I put it.

I move a mastery page, save it, try to select it again, and it has moved! Then I try to select another one, and wouldn't you know it, the little bugger has moved right on back, and a different mastery page has moved on its own without my prompting.

How I do reorganize mastery pages and have it stick?
