Olaf ult bug???

Has anyone else noticed that when olaf ults, and all disables should be removed, that he is still affected by slows? It's hard to tell because he still gets his movement boost, but after the slow duration has ended he gets his real speed. If someone else could look into this it would be great. Thank you
