Cassiopeia Ult Bug--unfair advantage vs Zed

So i noticed this earlier today and it happened for sure twice which gives Cassi a definite advantage over Zed. And it happened the exact same way and timing both times so i know that it is for sure there. Basically, right as Zed ulted me, and i see the X on me, I ult forward (initially this was a mistake, second time i was testing it) and since both ults are delayed, zed appeared behind me right before the ult actually went off. Once it went off (again, in front of me, while zed has just appeared behind me) the ult still hit zed, stunned him, and allowed me to burst him down. SInce cassi's ult is a frontal cone and should only stun those facing into her ult (which i think might just be written/coded as facing cassi and hit by the ult simultaneously) these ults should never even hit zed at all. The fact that my mistake gives much less risk that i will miss the ult if casting it backwards toward him will result in a hit or casting it forward will still give me a hit is highly unfair to zed players. Also this can greatly influence team fights if zed initiates or charges Cassi and she ults the enemy team, gets a mass stun while also stunning zed behind her can easily save her life, allow her to burst down zed and continue to influence the larger team fight when zed should have killed or at least done much more damage is also highly unfair for the zed player and at that point, the entire enemy team. Not sure what causes this bug if it has something to do with zed's shadow, or the simple timing of it (like the whole lag concept--i flash, but a champ still hits after it since i was "hit" quick enough) or maybe zed is placed too close to Cassi upon ulting that he is considered on top of her which is included in the ult range. Good luck with this one :)

Had the same thing happen to me Malzahar vs Lissandra Twice I ult her just to be ulted by her. I don't understand why, but I think it's intended for some reason.
