How to change client and in game language

So i think a lot of you guys know that with the new patch changing the language in the locale.cfg doesn't work anymore. This Guide will allow you to choose the desired language in the Launcher / Patcher.
To change the language you have to go to the following directory:
League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\managedfiles\0.0 .0.0
and open the regions.txt
Search for your server and add the language you want to your server. Here are some language codes:
de_DE: German en_US: English ko_KR: Korean pt_BR: Brazilian Portugese es_ES: Spanish fr_FR: French it_IT: Italian pl_PL: Polish ro_RO: Romanian el_GR: Greek
