[LOOT TAB IN MENU] Items not showing up!

I have just forged a hextech key and down the bottom it says I have 2 but I can't see any in my loot? Also I unlocked a ward and can't see it in my inventory...It just doesn't show up so I can't equipt it. PLease fix! Anyone else having the same problem?
