Function buttons (f2-f5) not working on ally champs

i have a problem in this current patch that is my function buttons (f2-f5) arent working anymore . it used to be working in the last patch. they only work when i free the camera (press y). i need this to work cause i play as jhin so i need to show my camera to an ally instantly to root the enemy who is fighting my ally with w .. it makes it basically hard for me to free the camera and move the mouse to the place where the fight exists. the f1 button works as it points on me the same as spacebar.
