Teemo Ultimate Arm Time

I noticed that on patch 5.20 Teemo ultimate cooldowns were buffed and the trap arm time were reduced from 1.5 to 1 seconds. The thing is, when i play with teemo, when i put the arrow on top of ultimate it always says 1.5 seconds to arm anyways, is it bugged? Is the arm time still 1.5 seconds anyway? Or it's 1 second but the font is bugged? Thanks guys.
