Is anyone at riot aware of the pervasiveness of bots in early level bot games?

I've been trying to level a smurf. In order to save the lower-level community from a plat player stomping on a smurf, I kept my play to co-op vs AI games. And SERIOUSLY, is anyone at riot away of how often bots show up in TT games and run to turrets over and over? I just started this today and my first 3 games in a row have 2 bots and me on my team, and 3 ai's on the enemy team. Great fun, I can't imagine what an experience this would be for a newer player.

Here's something to consider:

For every bot you see that is in a vs. AI game below level 10, compare that to the number of bots you see in games above level 10, or above level 20.

That number is significantly lower, yes? It is from my experience at least. I'm working on my 3rd smurf now and I've rarely seen a bot past level 20, let alone past level 30.

So that means Riot is doing a pretty good job of getting rid of those bots before they level up too much, yeah? Just my 2 cents.
