[GAMEPLAY] Boot enchantments still existant (TT)

1.In the body of the post, include a more in-depth description of the bug you are encountering. The bug allows BOTS on TWISTED TREELINES to get enchantments on boots. HUMAN players cannot buy the enchantments just bots

2.Follow up the description of the bug with numbered step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue. Step1. Create TWISTED TREELINE custom game with INTERMEDIATE BOTS on the enemy team (may just be in game on either team haven't tested it out yet) Step2. Start game and continue playing until they buy boots. Step3. Wait longer and they will eventually enchant the boots (so far only seen Furor and alacrity)

3.Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it. So far i have only seen this once and it was the first time i played twisted since the removal of enchantments I presume that bots can do it always though this will need to be tested more or removed either works

(Me and my 2 friends found this doing a 3v3 against bots which made it kinda unfair Shoutout to "fiteme fEG" And "Peasant33")
