Missing Champion Mastery tokens

So I've been enjoying the whole champion mastery these past couple months but I've come to realize, especially recently, that I am no awarded my token upon reaching rank 5 with a champion and getting an S that same game. I've had instances in the past where this has worked for me on different champs such as ekko, and Irelia, but recently on Tristana, Trundle, Jinx and just now on Swain, I was not given my token even though the notification saying You have been awarded the token appears for me. Its getting really frustrating as I would like to receive my rewards when I've earned them and especially if I'm being told that I was just given them. its already been 4 times that this has trolled me into thinking im one step closer to getting more rank 7 champs.
