Master Yi making everyone near him lag, maybe this guy was hacker but idk

Maybe this guy was hacker but ALWAYS BAN MASTER YI. He is an unstable champ that makes everyone on or near him lag. Especially when he Alpha Strikes. I kept getting a message "attempting to reconnect" and while my internet was fine (i ping tested and checked background for downloads, everything was fine) MASTER YI would kill me on the "attempting to reconnect" screen.
