Fiora is capable of parrying Garen Ultimate. This is broken due to the huge difference of cost and effectiveness. The gameplay between the two is in no way balanced due to fioras mobility and utility. While garen remains a fairly bland champion. Blander thanks to the latest patch which rito has made him less viable(yes. LESS viable) Being that he almost certainly will need to rush Dead mans Plate. He needs Merc Treads. comparing this to the revamped fiora, she is overwhelmingly OP against him to the point one might as well just stop laying upon match up.

This is working as intended. If you read the tool tip, it says that Riposte parries ALL incoming damage and ALL incoming disables, and it's only for 0.75 seconds. Fiora has to time it just right to block damage.
