[Client] Unable to gift Rp to a friend

I went to purchase RP for my friend to allow him to get the Snowdown pass however when I went to the gifting center and picked him as the receiver of the gift, there was no option to gift him the RP. I would really hope that this gets fixed soon because I wouldn't want him to miss the missions that come with the pass.
