No chest after S ranking with Sona
Hello. I just played Sona and had an S ranking, but no chest was given to me. This is the first time that I had S ranking this month and first time I played Sona this month. Please check, thank you so much.

Sona as a character hasn't existed in this game since she was removed from League during patch 4.13
It should be expected you can't earn a reward for a character that doesn't actually exist.
