Game breaking bug

Was just in a match that just ended abruptly with no evidence to show for it in match history. It happened within the first ten minutes of the match. Kindred had ganked the bottom lane that was composed of ezreal&nami vs. jinx&annie and has resulted in annie giving up first blood to nami. Jinx was just about to die herself right before I had the "attempting to reconnect" bar pop up. I exit the game and am directed to the client lobby.
