client doesn't start

Client doesn't start when I click on it and insted a white box that says Failed to load URL "https://riot:[email protected]:1172/index.html" with error "unknown error code-21" (-21). shows up Only occured once and works well after I restart my computer

oh and I love this new champion

I get that alot actually. When i turn on my computer I usually wait around 5-10 min before opening up the client. It works for me anyway.
