IN-GAME, nocturne ult cleans

Cleanse doesn't cleanse nocturne ult(blindness), however according to the victory screen, it is considered cc. I believe this should be looked into, changed, either so nocturne ult isn't considered cc or to make it cleansable by cc removal.
