penalty time went from 5min to 20min? without starting any game

was about to play a game bc i got disconnected had a 5 min wait time left Que to read forums and came back to a 20 min wait time what i did to get 15 more mins to wait just bc i disconnected on the only game that gives me problems i have good internet connection and the game was working great but every once in a while i get disconnected
