Client bug in lobby

Hello everyone! So just a while ago i had really strange bug. I was about playing ranked solo and were discussing in lobby what champ should i pick. I had like 3 or 4 seconds before locking in, and i heard the countdown. But suddenly i was moved out from lobby and it was saying that i was late with choosing champion, however i wasn't. I clearly saw how many seconds were left. So i got decrease in LP and 5 min ban:) Anyone had something like this?
