My game is freezing/crashing usually after champion select around 5-10 minutes into the game

So I start a league game but suddenly after the champion select my game randomly freezes and I cannot do anything. This starts around 5-10 minutes into the game and I cannot play this game because of it. I've tried everything and nothing seems to help. Sometimes a message pops up saying a ''critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated''
