Can't get into a game

I can't get into a game. I joined a ranked queue and when the game started it said the game crashed and asked me to reconnect. I have clicked the reconnect button no fewer than 30 times and nothing is working. I tried restarting League and my computer. The same issue is happening to several people on my friends list. I understand that bugs happen I just don't want any negative effects on my account such as a suspension or loss of LP.
