Gp's Q dont work on the new ap shiv item

Shiv only works as an On hit effect, Like Sheen

Echo only works on Spell damage. Like Liandry's

If an ability applies on hit effects, they do not apply spell damage effects.

Gangplanks Q is already stupidly OP, procing shiv, gauntlet, AND hydra (yes, it does, try it. a RANGED ATTACK, procing hydra, its BS), and hwo knows what else, why should he be allowd to have even MORE things on it?
