Rune Page bug, Emote Wheel bug, Ingame settings bug, Item sets Bug.

Everything is bugging out with my Profile i cant access my Emote Wheel( Error Code EM01 and EM05) then my Rune pages are gone everytime i log into league then my Item sets are gone everytime i log into league and then my Ingame settings reset everytime i log into league my custom message also is everytime gone when i log into league idk what to about this It says everytime i log into League: we couldnt receive your Data from the server, your Settings have been changed then there are two options: Ok, Settings and this even on other acc´s on every acc it says this Riot pls help me
