Um, anyone else getting a blinking tabs client bug?

My "chat" area is blinking constantly... Am I missing something here? Like where the "friends" and chat tab and shit would be, it's constantly blinking and doesn't let me click anything. Does anyone understand my lingo lol... It's not letting me open up my friendslist, it's constantly blinking, are they working on the client RN?

It doesn't let me click ARAM also ........ wtf.
