Chat Bug

Well i noticed this this morning i was talking to my friend on the launcher client or what ever u call it i entered in game he sent me a message i type /r to respond to it and it says that he is not on my friend list wich he clearly is i just felt i just report that..

BTW i dont know if thats a gameplay bug so i dont know under what to put it
