Sion Ultimate bug

so i was in my ranked match playing and i was gonna ult down bot and instead ulted the oposite direction, my cursor was also infact pointed forward not backwards

pls this threw my games, also please if a rioter sees this, pls report this to the devs along with the information about how mecha zero sions e is bugged,

when i want to clear a whole wave i charge my q fully, then i use my e, the problem is that when i send minions flying back (with roar of the slayer or sions e), sometimes the minion will stop at the second or third thinking that minion was a wall, or very ocasionally roar of the slayer would work, but it would go a bit to the right or left and then send the creep flying or, it will go through the whole wave and it wont deal any damage to the creep wave at all
