[Client] Games all start at 59 minutes in que time and in game time

This is a client side thing because I've gone over to my friends to play and looked at there computers and all theres are fine everyone's ques and games are perfectly normal. This bug I found is kind of annoying it makes my decision to wait for my friends or start a game hard since some of them don't type during there games.
