[CLIENT] Can't choose rune page

Hello, first time it happens, that i can't choose my rune's page even if i'm in level 30 and for a ranked game. Don't know how to reproduce it.

Same for me. Happens only on my EUNE account. It was like this for a week, then it stopped happening, logged in to play a rank a few minutes ago, and it happened again. Also to add on to the issue, even if youre not in pre-game lobby, and in your profile it still wont let you create.
